Analyzing the composition of food ingredients or any type of industrial products is one of the most important aspects of production, supply, and quality control throughout the preparation, production, supply, and consumption cycle. Precise monitoring of key parameters such as moisture, fat, or protein is crucial for correcting deviations that occur in each production process. Near-Infrared (NIR) analyzers continuously perform accurate measurements within seconds to ensure maximum production efficiency. The NIR device has an infrared lamp, which measures the absorption of infrared light by active groups of compounds in a sample. The sample is placed on a plate according to the device’s program and positioned in the reading station. Then, within one minute, six parameters including starch, fat, fiber, protein, ash, and moisture in livestock and poultry feed are reported. The results are based on device calibration and a global database.

NIR Main Applications
Food Ingredient Analysis: The device is used for analyzing food ingredients.

Rapid Analysis of Grain Quality Parameters: It determines parameters such as protein, moisture, gluten content, and other quality factors in grains like wheat, barley, corn, and other cereal products.

Quality Control in Feed Production: It monitors feed quality at various stages of the milling process, including parameters like ash content, gluten, and whiteness.

Quality Assessment for Oilseeds and Processed Products: The device measures oil content, moisture, and other necessary quality parameters in oilseeds and processed food products, ensuring quality control in feed production.

Quick Quality Assessment of Transported Grains: It assesses the quality of grains during transportation in trucks at the time of harvest.

Raw Material Quality Control: The device monitors raw material quality upon receipt and ensures quality control throughout the milling process, including final product specifications.

Key Parameters Measurement in Dairy Products: It measures essential parameters in dairy products, including salt, sugar, lactose, total fat, and moisture. This is crucial for quality control in dairy processing plants for milk and dairy products (cheese, yogurt, powdered milk, etc.).

Analysis of Food Ingredients: It can also analyze food ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables, and oil-based materials.
