Extruded Full Fat Soybean is one of the soybean grain products that contains significant amounts of protein and fat. This protein source, with approximately (35±5) % protein and (17±5) % fat, is considered an excellent source of bypass proteins in the rumen. Due to its high protein content, energy, and good palatability, this product is useful in dairy cow, calves, laying hens, and broiler.
The fatty acids present in extruded full fat soybean are primarily essential unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid.
